Do I need to speak perfect English to apply?

No. We ask for a B1 or B2 level (intermediate) to start the programme. Our training includes practice with the specific English used in Irish classrooms, and the mock interview helps you build confidence.

How long does the process take from start to finish?

On average, between 6 and 12 weeks from your first consultation to your first day in a school. It depends on your availability and visa requirements.

How much does the programme cost?

We share full pricing during your consultation. Costs vary depending on the support level you need. Book a call and we will walk you through everything with no pressure.

Do you help with the visa and accommodation?

Yes. We guide you through visa processes where applicable, and share resources and guidance to help you find accommodation before you arrive.

Can I apply from any Spanish-speaking country?

Yes. We work with educators from Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and others. Visa requirements vary by country of origin. We explain everything during the consultation.

What happens if I am not selected by the first school?

We keep presenting you until you find a good fit. Our goal is not to fill a vacancy. We want you in a place where you want to stay.

HireProf was founded by educators and school leaders who noticed the same gap on both sides of the Atlantic. Irish schools couldn't find qualified Early Years and Primary educators. Skilled Spanish-speaking teachers had no clear path into the Irish market. We built the bridge we wished we'd had.
